cannot receive TAC from bank after MNP, from DIGI to XOX

 what should I do now? CIMB ask me to call 'celcom'; celcom said my phone not yet register XOX ask me to re-register my phone number at CIMB atm, done, but still cannot received the TAC sms thanks |
