CIMB ask me to call 'celcom'; celcom said my phone not yet register

XOX ask me to re-register my phone number at CIMB atm, done, but still cannot received the TAC sms

in my case, i call maybank n tell them i didnt receive my tac..they ask me if i changed number or done mnp before.. when i told them i change from celcom to digi, then they ask me to wait 2hrs.. now i can receive my tac..

i called CIMB, told them that I chance to XOX
they ask me to call Celcom, sound funny

i call celcom, they said that they don have my number yet

maybe is different for XOX coz not famous lor
