Hi I would like to share my BAD experience.

Last week I call this guy Ah Seng (0122141353) to service my aircon.

However after he done servicing, my aircon totally become not cold.

Then he said the motherboard spoil. I was like what the **** , before he service my aircon is still ok, just took some time to make my room colder.

I was very angry is not because I suspect he spoil my aircon, but his attitude was like "Hey I helped you discover that your aircon motherboard has spoiled, and you should thank me".

Hope this message can help you guys to avoid having this kind of bad experience.

How old is your AC? Sometime is die due to old age. Like car if you don't touch it everything look ok, but start taking one part off thing will fall apart.

Troubleshoot the AC first before pitting blame on him.

From which company? Location?

The main problem is his attitude. The way he talked is like I should thank him because he help me to find the problem.

ya, some times ages air con might have hidden problem which no 1 know before open and clean it.

but do agree, nowadays attitude should be the most priority criteria in every field of work. just many ppl still dont understand how important it is espeically in malaysia!
