- create a new database in ACCESS
- then right-click, IMPORT, select Excel
- Locate your excel file and continue (follow the tip from the wizard)

Oh... you need to do that in a programming/scripting environment, is it?
I'm not fimilar with ASP but for JAVA, you can do it with Jakarta POI. http://jakarta.apache.org/poi/ Read the data from Excel with POI and code something to pop it to Access. This theory works as I have worked with POI to read data from Excel and use those data to draw out some nice graph in JSP pages. Anyhow, if you opt for ASP; then I apologize of not able to assist much... |
