Bro, do you mean that for a landed property, the only equipment that the customer can "touch and see" is the superduper crappy Thomson router? So even if we replace this Thomson router with a router like the Asus RT-N13U-B1, the Asus router won't work because we have no modem to mess around with?no access to the modem means your cannot mess with the vlan setting in the modem
