Great... finally figured out an easy way to bridge the Mikrotik to Technicolor on Maxis's own FTTH infra. A similar method can probably be used for Maxis on TM FTTH.

1) Create a bridge between the WAN port connected to the Huawei ONT and the port connected to the Technicolor gateway.
2) Add a bridge filter rule to block VLAN 11 (or 622 if on TM FTTH) from being forwarded from the Technicolor port.
3) Everything should work now.

I noted down that VLANs 6, 14, 15, and 17 are in use, but I didn't bother figuring out which services are using them.
