yes,but the 8GB RAM in your y580 only have max bandwidth of 800Mhz (the Max bandwidth in CPU-Z shows)...this means when u feel this babe is not fast enough and have some money on hand..buy few GBs of high speed ram and put it inside, sure you can feel the changes

yalo, I'm waiting ur Y580 max temp test on Furmark, I saw somewhere one of the post in rog forum said furmark overkill G73SW GTX 460M up to 94 or 95C and never went back.

I was  thinking lor! LOL

It will test gpu max temp with full settings 1366x768.my g55 max temp in fullhd is 82c using furmark..please test and inform me bro, furmark is the ultimate more powerful test for gpu

MSI GE60 and Asus G55VW so far no problem for heat issues. What is your laptop model? Perhaps it has older cooling system.

I have no idea for the such like Halo, BF3 etc...

But all laptop is heavy after u carrying it for 20 minutes. Get a backpack better. After i install Diablo 3 and play it, it auto set all to High settings. Graphic are very smooth, even 4 playes spam skills and 50+ of demons!

For the price. Beat Asus G55VW...but i like G55VW because the cooling system lol

Y580 come with GTX660M. not GT660! I think the highest graphic card for laptop now is GTX670M. Maybe some have 2 card.

PCMARK basic gerenate heat lower than Diablo 3. Just download finish of 3Dmark. But have to go to work now~
