My agent told me it's 1 year as mentioned by Stargate8 too.

But do be aware that by withdrawing your NCD before your policy expires, you need to PAY the remaining balance of the insured period at a normal price without discount.

Let's say you have 3 months before expiry, these 3 months must be charged without 55% discount which you have enjoyed. Ask your insurance agent to work out the cost of withdrawing NCD then you decide worth it or not.

Mine expires on September 2012 and I have to top up $30 only. Paying $30 to secure my NCD of 55% is totally worth it although I got my car delivered in 3 Weeks time. That car is driven by wife to office everyday with heavy traffic so I dare not take the risk.

No harm clarifying this issue with your insurance company.

ekon x jalan means not working,set temperature to the lowest but the air feel like 40c wtf mang.............

aircond light lit up or not?

did you check whether the aircon on or off? like press the third knot from the left. first day i get the car i didnt know that the second and third can be press (i thought it only can turn).

share the cvt info to us too..

Well, he's talking bout there is a cut off at high rpm to protect the cvt n engine so no point revving high, also those ppl who said their car got burn metal smell after a long drive, it could be the Catalyst cooking, still new.

Bout reversing got jet engine sound, it's cvt planetary gear set rotating

So far this is what I got, they got a big gang as well, maybe one day we can reunite

how about aircond compressor, can your hear it running or not?

then is cvt whining sound normal when u lift pedal off at 20-30km/h or normally u slow down from tat speed to zero will have tat sound.. then aeroplane whistle sound when hit 60-80km/h, but i notice the aeroplane sound will muted if u drive above 110-120, maybe engine sound cover, but i dont really think so. Cos my dad say cannot accept got such a sound, it sound like the CVT transmission got problem.

Bro, i Meant to ask this since the beginning actually, when u collect ur car u didn't test the aircond with your SA? During my time my SA explained everything to me as well as demo a bit. By right if aircond not cold enuff u can detect it.. Or did u take the car and drove it without aircond until tonite?

CVT whining sound is normal. You should go and test drive a Saga FLX CVT, even more noticable.
