Usually it's just either two:

1. Pusat Servis
2. Wakil Servis

Pusat servis is operated solely by proton

Wakil service on the other hand operated by authorised party to service Proton's car.

can use the gear stick to push up(+) and down(-) to change gear?

U mean when u change to Manual Mode izit?

By shifting the gear knob to +- area, then u can use both, Pedal Shift as well as the gear knob.
