we actualy share to apply.. i apply 1000 units, he oso 1000 units.. total application 2000 units under bumiputera portion
my own acc i aply 11000 units under public portion

Not becoz bumiputera dont hv money or poor.... It is becoz astro dont apply shariah, if astro is shariah-compliant sure oversubscribe one... Thats why EPF and TH decided not to join in....
