Go to Bukit Puchong and check out Aqua and Reflexion show houses. It gives you an idea of a private pool and if you want it.
How big is your house/land area? Do you want to put it on your rooftop or in your garden? My friend told me that a swimming pool adds Rm100k valuation to a house. |
