swimming pool maintenance shall be around rm300++/ month, for pool size of 3.5m x 15m x 1.2m, 10times / month. plus elec bill +- rm250, water +-rm50. *real figure as i still maintaining few pools for my previous project for 12 months*

For TS land size, the pool sure will be smaller unless he sacrifice the ground floor built up area
