No one can tell you worth or not, if you or your family/friends really like to swim in the house with very high privacy of cause it's worth for it. If not, spending RM50-100k with extra few k for maintenance every year just for maybe few hours of usage per week. 99% will tell you not worth for money.

Of cause, it's your house and money. You think you like it, then just do it.
