absolutely loving the AOKP B40
its better than B38

and trinity kernel colour is so nice!! i cannot stand the icky yellowish tint now
*
haven't try B40 yet. what you like most in B40 over B38?

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Jun 26 2012, 01:07 PM)
Trinity works well with B38 or not?  I also find the yellowing tint annoying, would prefer whiter (or even blueish).
*
I'm using both now. yes, Trinity look cool or bluerich instead of warm. like it.

So no one is in stock yakju 4.0.4 and using any widget to lock the screen??? sad.gif
*
less than a day experience only on stock, no idea.
AOKP + SwitchPro widget to lock the screen. ok
but AOKP already have nav bar capable to add power button, widget just a extra 1 for me.

who will be the first release custom rom based on JB?

sign0006.gif
Nexus 7, nvidia SoC, skip.
Nexus Q damm expensive.

StickMount works?  Can access thumbdrive?

Google Play apps reached 600,000 vs App Store's 650,000.  UI smoothness achieved.  What else to do?

google next target should be No. 1 market share in tablet or boost tablet eco-system as much as possible.

BTW, this Nexus thread is more informative with discussions than other phone threads where they spam like Kopitiam.

most of ppl think that Nexus Q is accessories at first look and mostly said, damm expensive.

in fact is:
- social streaming media player
- dual-core TI OMAP 4460 CPU (same SoC like gnex)
- Power VR SGX540 GPU
- 1GB of RAM
- Android ICS
- content streamed from Google’s content services via the cloud instead of across a local network
- build in 25 watt amplifier.
- NFC, Bluetooth, WiFi & LAN port, microUSB port.
- made in USA.

Google PLAY store also selling pair of speaker cable and bookshelf speakers.
no display & no sound. either you connect pair speakers or optical out to external amplifier for sound, or to a TV via a Mini HDMI cable.

Google Nexus Q hacked to run games

patiently waiting for any JB custom rom coming....
yummy features I like:
1. auto icons home screen arrangement when moving widgets.
2. auto resize widget according to home screen space when moving.
3. swipe up home button: Google Now (your schedule, flight, maps and commuting time, etc)
4. new google voice search!
5. awesome new notifications !!!
6. Project Butter (triple GPU pineline, 60fps, etc)

rest of gapps update, everyone can taste in non-jb rom now too:
1. Play Magazine
2. New Youtube
3. Maps (make offline maps), Place (view location photo in gyroscope control), ...

many more...

temporary skip stock JB first at this moment.
