My opinion.

1. Get a quad core CPU. A dual core CPU can't even BC2 very well.
2. RAM if can get 8GB. Otherwise 4GB will also do wonder
3. If your resolution is low (i.e. non-full HD) you can get any Radeon 700 series. 900 series is overkill for a low end CPU. Like 6750 or so

It is hard to get a mobo with DDR2 and find a quad core for that mobo.

So better ditch the DDR2 and get a DDR3 with i5.
