Bought the flexHD from Millen.
Received the item in good condition.

RECOMMENDED SELLER

Hey guys, i bought the Spigen SGP FlexHD from millen a few days ago.
I've received it and i just wanted to give an update on my application of it

On the day of application, it had alot of bubbles which were really hard to push out
but i managed to push it out using my thumb a few hours later

Application of the SP wasn't easy (probably because i'm fairly new to wet-apply type), but with extra care and handle everything turned out fine

10 MINUTES AFTER APPLY


I put back the battery in and turned it back on after an hour.
Left the phone on the table and went to school the next morning.

I came back in the evening around 7pm, It looked ALOT better

HOW IT LOOKS LIKE RIGHT NOW (Approx 23hours since apply)





If you can see it, there's still a tiny bump there but I think it's a small speck of dust that managed to enter somehow
It's probably my fault for that

Overall,

THE BAD

1. NOT EASY TO APPLY, have to handle with care.

2. Has a SLIGHT "orange peel" texture, but it's not noticeable when the screen is on
(although it might annoy some people when the screen is off)

UPDATE : THE ORANGE PEEL EFFECT IS PRACTICALLY UNAVOIDABLE. I'VE REAPPLIED IT A FEW TIMES, IT IS STILL PRESENT.
IT MAY BE ANNOYING TO SOME, BUT IN MY OPINION IT'S ALRIGHT SINCE THE BENEFIT OF THIS SP IS THAT IT PROVIDES FULL COVERAGE

3. Price. Costs about RM75, but comes with 2 screen protectors
(it's worth it in my opinion, but might be too costly for some)

4. Slightly rubbery feel that may be annoying to some, but i like the feel of it


THE GOOD

1. FULL FRONT COVERAGE of the phone unlike cheaper / dry-application screen protectors
(It's the main reason why i decided to buy this)

2. The benefit of being able to reuse over and over and over and over again
(can take it out if it's dirty, wash it in a soapy solution and apply it again)


So far it's been all good for me, I hope that the imperfection will clear up after a few days (since it says so on the box).
I won't recommend this to everyone, but if you don't mind a little bit of challenge AND a little bit of 'orange peel' effect for the sake of FULL FRONT SCREEN COVERAGE[/b], go ahead and get one
