QUOTE(jason_tan1980 @ Aug 1 2012, 11:21 AM) Some say MK 7 is not worth as it has too many interchangeable parts, not like previous MK 6 which has extended/opening parts to review the missile. 1. Are you a HT newbie?... seems Mk. VII and TDKR brings-in lots of newbies. Who are these "some" that you mentioned?and it seems like Hot Toys does not showing their effort on doing this figure. My opinion is HT doing the interchangeable part is to avoid "heavy usage" on open and close the parts which would cause "wear-off" and loose of the joint, interchangeable part is good for display in the cabinet, and preserve the outlook of this toy... What say you guys? 2. Clavicle missles and pop-out hip flares are possible to be impliment on Mk. VI because the mechanics are possible to be implimented in 1/6 scale toy form. Forearms missles were not possible (on Mk. VI) and these are modullar/replacing parts. I'd also say interchangeble parts are not more robust and if not proverly designed are prone to breakage as well. Mk. IV & VI are fragile. 3. The modular thigh and clavicle missles of Mk. VII neccesitates interchangeble parts as HT have designed... it's simply not feasible to produce a functional the retracting shoulder, thigh missles or even the uni forearm missile (that looks good). |

I am newbies for HT after Avengers movie, first of my HT is Mark II AU.2. Clavicle missles and pop-out hip flares are possible to be impliment on Mk. I agree with you too, bro. Some ppl in other forum critique on the Mark VII, like what I mentioned, they said too much interchangeable part than opening part. Feeling like HT is playing around with cost and revenue, hahaha. I rather get a interchangeable part for more solid figure, than a fragile figure with a lot of opening part...Mark II AU are quite fragile on this. but one a-bit-disappointing thing is, Mark VII does not has a special design stand. |

Woahh that custom is a dream to have ah if HT would actually make such detail figure... but on the down side it could be a pain in the arse too with loose parts... hhmm..

Already Shiok shiok PO Mk7 but long time to wait. Stock only arrive Q1 2013 or even early Q2. Hopefully no delays. By then, HT already planning IM3 mk7 or mk8. That's life.
