Anyone tried ordering the SDCC 2012 Captain America Rescue Version online? I tried to order last week, then I got an email informing me that the order will reach the US warehouse in 2 weeks time and they will charge to my card. If they don't deliver to Malaysia, they should have sent an email saying that MY is not provided right?
