I'm not sure whether this is the right place to show you this communication. Celcom has already upgrade its network speed to 42Mbps.

It seems that all devices use to test LTE has varies speed range. As you can see if we test on mobile device (eg samsung note 2 like in the video) speed very fast 64.4 Mbps download 13.5 Mbps upload compare to the modem.
I dont know why this happen. |

QUOTE(rattan @ Jan 3 2013, 06:30 PM) When it comes to data affair malaysia is always last in the list. Look at digi, till today no HSPA+, still crawling at 3G 800kbps. 800Kbps? Really? I just bought my iPad Mini together with Tablet Plan from DiGi (since I have to bundled with it) thru DiGi online store. But I always get 5Mbps at my home and 3-4Mbps when I went to Lowyat. So far, okay to me at all. Sorry off topic. LOL! |

AFAIK.. Celcom must have the largest coverage network in Malaysia. But in terms of data speed (Internet), seems like some places were fast and some were slow depends on location. Price also quite reasonable though.
But for LTE coverage, for now should be Maxis.. This post has been edited by adiyon84: Apr 7 2013, 01:43 PM |

QUOTE(digilife @ Jun 19 2013, 09:01 AM) And Celcom have Wider Coverage too.........just that the quota sucks , a few speedtest will consume a few hundred MBĀ This is my latest and fastest speedtest I got using Celcom LTE in KL area. Even my home fibre internet 30Mbps also cannot reach that speed ![]() This post has been edited by adiyon84: Jun 19 2013, 11:03 AM |

QUOTE(preducer @ Jun 19 2013, 08:13 PM) Not all places where Celcom covered with LTE have speed like that. Sometimes even 25Mbps ++ in some places, like in Sunway Pyramid, 30Mbps ++ in Jalan Sultan Ismail and 40 or 50Mbps ++ in Jalan Semarak area.It all depend on your location though. Maxis also sure have like this |

QUOTE(rattan @ Jul 17 2013, 07:50 PM) You need to be patience. It will be coming soon, maybe a month or two after they launch the service.Look at Celcom when they launched the service on April, then a month after that they launch LTE for smartphones. Same goes to Maxis though. |

QUOTE(ShinG3e @ Nov 12 2013, 04:59 PM) You need to enable your LTE service. Just go to the Blue Cube dealer (Sunway Iconic, Menara Celcom or Pavilion) and ask them to enable the LTE. But bear in mind, starting next year.. all LTE postpaid customers will be charge RM10 per month for this LTE service. (This what I've been told by CS) |
