u think it's worth it to pay RM10 per mth for LTE?
Yup, just like that. But I think, if your home or your workplace have LTE coverage then it's really worth it. You need to ask that Customer Service Rep about this matter though..
This is the highest I can get for Celcom 4G in my area.. which is in Kota Damansara, Seksyen 5 (near mosque). I think it is 2600 Mhz spectrum and can go higher than this.
Device : iPhone 5S (only capable till 100 Mbps. CAT3)
Device : iPad mini (same goes to this device. CAT3)
wow! my 4g celcom band3 speed only same as hspa =.=
btw celcom seems like have very limited band 7 coverage compare to maxis....
Is it really limited? Well, I saw some forumers posted their speed test at their location and it is really outstanding what speed their got. It means Celcom already activated their CAT 4 speed.
Someone posted this:
Speedtest made at Terminal One Seremban
Speedtest made at Pantai Dalam KL

Where are u located? Imo sunway has the best 4g celcom coverage (refer sig)
Well, I lives in Seksyen 5, Kota Damansara. I saw some forummers posted their speedtests at their location far more than me. 137Mbps in Terminal One, Seremban and 117Mbps in Pantai Dalam, KL.
I guess celcom's speed is becoming more higher and better nowadays
Btw, what device are you using? The most I can get is 60++ Mbps due to Cat3 device..
I use iPhone 6 Plus which capable for CAT4 speed before this I tested using iPhone 5S only capable to get speed until 74Mbps. So far, I've never seen speed test from Maxis users that can get more than 70Mbps. Mostly all 30-60Mbps.
I only saw Celcom users speedtest.
Anyway, this is my speedtest results from Ookla Speedtest.
This speedtests is from Sensorly.com..
