why not set priority to 6 and above.
this is a greater testing.
for stability.

Priority = 1 is good enough, because we still need to use our comp to do other stuff while priming. thx for yr suggestion though.

Database updated.
Anyway, I plan to set new rules: 1. Ranking of SP2004/ Prime95 will give priority to candidates who overclock CPU+Mobo+RAM. 2. That means if a person who get 1000 hours with only overclocking CPU only, he / she will lose to a person who only get 100 hours but overclocked CPU + Mobo. In short, the ranking priority will be: CPU+Mobo+RAM > CPU + Mobo > CPU only Any comments please feedback here, I'll set the rules after all assignments have finished |

How about if we're running Folding@Home? Its still 100% cpu stress.
Edited: Oh, I'm sorry. I misread the rules. Guess I'm not qualified.. This post has been edited by c9: May 10 2006, 03:33 AM |

Aite! I just restarted my PC after 2months of folding. All the rigs in my house running 24/7! haha, actually i refer to chipset overclocking. It works for AXP or ES CPUs only, because their multiplier can change without increasing FSB/ HTT to boost up clock speed. Been folding for 2 years already. Uptime here I come! |

I mean only see the PC on for how many days or MUST PRIME for days? |

It is a test of your systems stability and uptime rite.I mean only see the PC on for how many days or MUST PRIME for days? |

Full load is not required actually, but full loading for days and months of course better la (rank priority is higher than non full load uptime)
Well, MBM5 can log the CPU usage, but i guess not everybody is using, and the logging might cause some problem in some system. So i js trust the results u guys posted here if u claimed to have 2 months full load uptime hey, y dun u post yr new result with Ballistix c9, i'll see yr results after 3 months, hahahah. You'll be the top by tat time This post has been edited by charge-n-go: May 10 2006, 03:47 PM |
