I do terminate today because I move, they show not very happy with it, then I want to return the phone also, they say no need.

I terminate my screamix but 3rd days still active called 100 CS said need 14 working days I don't understand why they need such long period just to disconnect the line from their system, I bet they purposely drag the time frame because want to charge you more... @#$%^$#@!!#*&
