Phone signal damn poor, any solution??

Results: The SCUD battery lasted more than the i9100 default battery by around 33 minutes and 30 second. both audios were paused immediately when they hit 1% and both died shortly after the screenshots were taken. Screenshots include better battery stats since charged and some with custom reference, partial wakelocks, processes and others section.

Analysis: The 33 minutes extra is with screen on at full brightness and with music playing through a headphone, if the screen is off it would have been a larger gap. looking at the screenshot and assuming the usage percentage is the same, then the screen would have taken 64% of the battery life. If we were to calculate it for screen off,
18% --- 4h 14 mins(254 mins)
82% --- 19 hours 17 mins

18% --- 3h 41 mins(221 mins)
82% --- 16 hours 47 mins

Gap would be 2 hours 30 mins if the screen was off instead of on.
obviously the screen was on so i dont have to test for the whole day.

Conclusion: i'll be using this battery from now on

I was from a android 2.3
after using clockwork to flash in ressuraction remix 1.8 main rom, having few issues such as exchange service failed, and browser has stop. Seems i cant sync with google, but still can make calls. DO i need to install ICS into my phone frst b4 flashing in custom rom for ics ? Thx

i did restore factory b4 installing and cleared both cache partition and darvic partition after flashing it.

my friend using ics cm9 rom for g version. he claim no FC, no sod and random freeze/reboot. the battery life superb. 2d 5h, 5++ screen time. i can see he just uc 800. the rest setting im not sure. honestly he claim no problem. u can test    make sure backup anything necessary

I am downloading ICS for my S2 (from 1st post)

What else should I do next? FYI, my S2 is from australia, I can read mandarin, but just cant type. Will this update provides me chinese input?

Also, which root you guys using?

just get my phone from SC. they really change the whole screen for me ^__^ !!

ThunderBolt! LMK addon? Did you check that the MEM is the same? The ADJ should be the same too.

Nope. You didn't apply it correctly. That's the stock Samsung LMK.

Guys, I jz got my SII non G here.
Was previously on SGS.
Is there any kernel that works for Stock ICS rom plus functions like BLN?
Cz i found most on XDA is on AOSP ones.

neak im suggest u try winuv by hospital. battery life just great. bln im not sure since left neak long time ago  plus it's comes separate zip so do flash sammy for samsung rom

just download as well. so you're currently dual booting? im manully backup now 

the service centre too many ppl, they cant do it in 1 day i think ? they call me to wait 3-5days, mine 5 days.

@destex: have you tried pandroid 1.3a 

on screen got, hardware keys function as usual. but unfortunately your current pad.prod will not worked correctly in new 1.3a. i have to manually edit them at my lappy then its roxx!
