hmm...why dont you just connect the phone to a pc by usb and format from there?much simplier

Non G here, ICS drains battery fast. Anyone can recommend good  custom rom with less battery drain? Thx .....

then i think it's more paranoid issue than siyah.. mine 2 hrs idle, drop 1% only.. no uc/uc/oc/ov..

as I've mentioned before.. samsung custom rom is more battery friendly than aosp/aokp..

hope I don't stir any hornet nest here, since so many are aosp/aokp/paranoid supporter.. 

battery calibration via the app or manually?
I thought last time got ppl said battery calibration is not necessary for SGS 2

Me too.. lastime i clean the contact point in battery and phone then no more random shut down.. some people says their problem solved by touching their tongue to the gold plate contact on phone.. dunno why but they report having good result..

Guys why my rooted non G stock ICS  rom  switch off 2-3 times by itself a day. I ve done factory reset/clean battery contact. Clean dalvik/cache but still same problem. Pls advice. Thx

I've tried to search this over the internet but haven't found any solution.

My phone G-version (Still on GB 2.3.6) is automatically restarting itself & resetting its time and date to 1 Jan 2000 after it rebooted. And I have to set the time and date again and again. This never happened before. I recently used 'Network-provided Values' in the Date & Time Setting.

Should I hard reset my phone? I'm very busy with my work day & night, and still can't have the time to upgrade to ICS.

not really... but seriously, the echo problem is disturbing...
Well, dont think i will be doing it myself... Will samsung see to this echo problem? as they say putting a case on might eventually be the reason of echo problem and not the internal hardware problem?
