use the app Backup to Gmail to backup all your SMS. these will be shown as another folder in your Gmail account and you can see it in any mail client too

Discovered something about LED notifications. I find these LED notifications a nuisance - has never like it. So I disabled all of it BUT I still get to see the LED lighted up when emails ( yahoo, Gmail arrives ) and miss SMS. Even under charging, it is still lighted up
Looks like this is a bug

My screen timeout only shows 15 sec, 30 sec, 1 min etc : Default is 15 secs always. No 45 secs listed

I have even 12 apps in one of my folders ; my number of apps in folders minimum is 4 and up to 12 max

Tested mine ; charge to 100 % took off charger now already 5 mins still showing at 100 %

The detail description says " Read out senders information when new messages arrive" - it never state messages contents will be read out to you only sender information. This works perfectly telling us who is the sender

Factory reset will only wipe clean your apps in the hidden 2 GB partition. All your viewable stuffs in the viewable partition ( internal Sdcard) will not be wipe. Delete all the stuffs you have there - your music, video files, apps support data etc - just wipe it clean. When you restart phone, some of the default folders will be built back

Google contacts once you have sync over will always be there - go and check first on the web whether your contacts are really at google . Log in your email and check contacts

At settings under other settings : sync Contacts - select it and choose your choice of sync type

Than no idea what is wrong with yours. I use this feature to sync my FB contacts - no problem at all. Or try the app I recommended to you earlier on
