I was in your state, thinking it was tolerable, but that was for too long. And I've even lodged a report just weeks earlier, since Umobile is still playing the ignoring game. You see, I thought by giving time it will make them any good. Guess that I was wrong.

I want to love Umobile, but them sitting still doing nothing doesn't sound quite right.

Hmm I understand how u feel. But actually what does the 'unknown' thing affect?

It affect your iMessage activation. Each time u reboot your phone, SMS charges 35 cents each activation for umobile

Instead of calling me to resolve my case, they just decide to close my case without even calling me. And that's after weeks I've lodged my report, with me calling them every 2-3 days.
