16 teams group stage + single elimination isn't a mini tournament. The reasoning for this format is to allow the teams to gain as much experience from their matches as possible. Considering the timeline, this isn't a mini tournament.

Amateur tournaments are aimed at teams that want to improve without too much difference in skill levels, in normal cases teams that have won titles are banned. If one person can strike so much fear in you and your team that you need to complain and rage in the forums, it is likely you won't get further than this.

Again, while the organizing team does their best to not allow teams to cheat, it is common that players will still try. Also, I AM reading the facts.

"We will only allow ONE(1) Pro/Sponsored player in each team. More than that will not be accepted." as stated in the Rules and Regulations that you agreed upon when entering the tournament.

If you've been playing hon, GG mostly doesn't mean "good game", rather something "hehe I won", I'm sure you've meet people saying "GG KIDS", so instead of that, why not just say "well played" or "wp", and yes the marshal did mention (marshal in other tourney I've went) when you said GG , you have to concede so just keep your fingers away from typing to all until the throne kaboom kayyy? ha

Your arguement is invalid and has no substance, im just merely explaining to you that there's no harm or disrespectful intentions for me saying 'GG' to you and your teammates when the game is over. OH I've been playing HoN, LoL and many others competitively rather on one side of your specialty game. And it's a mispreception of "GG" because you've been playing with trollers and etc, therefore your mentality is built that way. Why feel offended when someone shares good sportsmanship in e-sports? Was there a RULE stated that "Once opponent says GG or your teammates says GG, you are to surrender". It's unwritten rule and not acknowledge worldwide. Oh of course, only players as such from HoN, Dota and LoL built this mentality which is sickening and depressing to see such immaturity. Grow up kids. There's more than what's to gaming. You lost hiroki, take it like a man, don't go all talking because you have lost to an amateur team.

And of course, I've seen all your other matches and you declared GG first too to HLZ whom u lost terribly. Stop whining, take it like a man. OH not forgetting, learn sportsmanship good for ur health.

DROPPING GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG's

This is an unfortunate by-product of mismanaged communities. This started from DOTA, moved to HON and LOL, very apparent in Malaysia. While I've spent many years trying to fix that, the mismanagement of communities continuously breeds new "ggfied" players and they breed so much faster then well behaved highly skilled players.

Gone were the days where we bullied each other in game but walked away friends from tournaments. We swore and we raged but at the end of the day, we stood by and gave our opponents a good handshake and said "good game, well played" and grabbed a drink together. Taunting was part of the fun, fun which is missing in todays e-sports. Many years ago our vets declared the Malaysian scene horribly immature and to this day, i agree with them that it still is.

Hey guys.. although i was never in this tournament/event but judging by the angry replies of everybody here i felt the necessity to give a few comments.

First, typing *GG* to allchat after the game nearly end or ended is just merely showing good sportsmanship and as a token of respect to the opponents. You enjoyed the game and it was a Good Game(which what GG stands for btw if you dn know)

However, the problem now is that in malaysia Hon Scene typing *GG* in the middle of a game is nothing but normal because players like to BM(bad mouth) other players to show they are good or whatever reason. But however to me they are merely just keyboard warriors and wont take it outside of the computer screen. But of course there is always the /ic function

Regarding how the tournaments are organized it seems pretty normal to me and all rules are set by the admin and if you are not happy about it well den too bad i can say

All in all guys its just a game and we are all there to participate and have fun ultimately. Hope a next tournament like this wont have anymore bad blood
