I am looking for this supplement called Rilax from pharmacies but not able to found it. Below is the product information:

Most of them are selling this one http://www.livelife.com.my/product_rilaxzzz.html which is meant for sleeping aid.

But I plan to take the supplement during the day-time to keep me stress-free and alert. I do not have sleeping problems. So, I guess Rilax is more suitable for me instead of Rilax Zzz.

Does anyone know where can I get this Rilax? Thanks.

If you can see carefully in the images below, right near where the capsule is slotted, it reads:
For better sleep, take 1-2 capsules, one hour before bedtime.

Being a natural functional food product, some people may need to take 1-2 capsules for at least 2 weeks in order for Rilax to begin regulating their sleep quality.

SO.... one sample given is not enough to tell whether it works or not. Rilax zzz is not a sleeping pill and does not meant to make you groggy. You've got to try out for at least 2 weeks to see whether it works or not.

I'm also keen for this and I share the same as Ying Chai as his posting. I too don't have a sleeping disorder. I see mostly advertised is Rilaxzzz but I've tried Rilax before and it seems fine.

Can anyone share if taking Rilax can help in daily stress and with this will also help indirectly to reduce my blood pressure?

Taking rilaxzzz during daytime might help reduce stress but won't reduce ur blood pressure. If u wan save money, go to government clinics, like my mom...some of my friends rely on natural supp n got stroke or heart attack in the end
