Hi guys, its me again laugh.gif
Unfortunately my Abyssus had some problem with the left-mouse button... the button sunk a lot and its pretty hard and uncomfortable to press it... My guess is that its because of constant pressing when I put the mouse in my backpack sad.gif Damn heartpain, it din't last very long for something that expensive (compared to normal mouse, of course haha)

I was wondering whether you guys could recommend me a new mouse? What are the rivals to the DeathAdder? hmm.gif
I just need a mouse that is big, and hopefully doesn't have sinking buttons with time laugh.gif

THank you in advance yo notworthy.gif

How much are you willing to fork out for your new mouse? Do have a look at razer taipan / logitech G series(i know this is a razer thread, but i just merely recommend, don't bash me).

Thanks for the reply man notworthy.gif

Perhaps around RM100-200 at this time laugh.gif
I have to say I'm a little bit disappointed at my Abyssus partially spoiling that fast (almost 2 years old) laugh.gif
The design of the buttons could be better/ sturdier I guess... Kind of expected at least 3 years for something this expensive (again compared to normal mouse) haha
I'm definitely going to keep my upcoming mouse in a tupperware box for extra protection now laugh.gif laugh.gif

For this price range there's only the DeathAdder right bro?
I noticed that there are a lot of versions of this particular mouse... was wondering whether you or Razer sifus could summarize which one is the newest/ best pick?

Thank you in advance yo, and sorry for the long message notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

With that price range you don't have much choice. Whichever mice i'm using, it's gonna fail in a year time. Misfortune maybe. Same like you, i always toss in my mice in the bag. After take it out i notice the hyper scrolling mouse is activated each time. Better put in special compartment.

There's 2 version of death adder being sold, i exclude those death adder with fancy transformer/based on games title. The normal refreshed with 3.5G sensor and the death adder black edition. There's also a left hander edition, but i don't think you are. whistling.gif

Specification is the same for both mice. I prefer the black edition death adder, just because the side is not those glossy finish. I had pain in the arse with the normal death adder refreshed just to clean the side each week for those finger prints.

Thank you for the reply guys, again I really appreciate them notworthy.gif
Its not easy to find a good mouse nowadays sad.gif

@rc2x, yeah, I'd figure that the mouse would most probably last a lot longer if it ain't constantly being pressed by heavy stuffs inside the bag laugh.gif

Good guess man, I'm right handed laugh.gif
I've just browsed through Razer's website... if I'm not mistaken, the DeathAdder black edition is entirely matte, but doesn't have lights right? And the normal DeathAdder is matte on the top, while glossy at the sides, much like that of the Abyssus (non-mirror) edition? If it is, then damn its going to be a tough choice >_____<

Thanks in advance for your reply man notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Ya, no lights for black edition. More like rubberized coat for the death adder which i like. But after long usage and i don't even care to clean it, the surface is getting worst. doh.gif
