My Deathadder has a lift off range setting under Synapse 2.0, so you can set the range of the sensor of the mouse to how far it could sensor after lifting up the mouse.
You can set it to 1 to get near zero lift off range.

Pbb and Heavyarm are selling the Razer product for SRP price, and both provide 2 years local warranty too.
Just get it form whichever you like.

I think it is an overpriced keyboard.

Yes you can. But I suggest you call them first, ask for Florence and describe your situation. Some situations don't let you claim. So playsafe, and call first before wasting your time going there. Haha.
