1. at first told me will start work with 10% payment & additional 40% after work start. Then keep giving excuses to delay start work, eventually force me to pay up to 50% only start.
2. work progress SLOWLY even after being told repeatedly i need it to be done after a week
(1 day i went check onsite and found only 2 foreign workers there doing 1 task)
3. when it finally 'completed' this scumbag threaten that if i don't make full payment on the spot he will not return my house key
4. when i have the chance to inspect the work, found so many defects i have to hire another contractor to clean up the mess.
