Reasons: Amad, who was also not paid by the above con artist, has worked on my house since day 1 (end March 2013), and he continued to work on my house until today (still on going). Although Indon guy, he is honest and he has kept all his promises to me. After agreed on a price, he never charge extra except for things that I added later on (he also never complaints). I buy the materials, he supply the skill and labours.
Works: His work is OK. It is not the best, but OK (I can accept). What he is doing at my house includes electrical, extension (2 storey), landscaping, tiling, plumbing, everything I leave it to him.

Ianjae, I have just replied your PM before seeing your message here.

Amad's work on my staircase was not very good as it was made too steep, but I can live with it. Other than this, his works are acceptable to me.

I also extended my kitchen (2 storey) and shifted 2 of my toilets (1 upstairs guest toilet, 1 downstairs) to the back (from center). Everything done right so far, don't see any cracks or leakages (maybe too early to tell?). Amad did 2 or 3 times of water proofing the toilets.

Tiling works, he sub to another group of 2 Indons, whom he knew. One of them obviously is a sifu, another apprentice. They worked really fast. The whole house they did it like within 5 days or so, and the tiling works are good. My living room tiles 2x2 is white but has diagonal grey patterns on them (like marbel), I didn't request it, but they aligned them in such a way that the patterns faces the same directions thorough.

I am unable to upload photos because my IP address is blocked? (Anyone knows why or how to resolves please advice).
