I've appointed him to do major reno (house extension + kitchen cabinets, wardrobe) last year. He provides a sounds reasonable reno quotation initially and promised you he can deliver whatever you design/requested to lure you in to sign it and put down deposits. After that, he started saying this cannot that cannot and charging high price for the material you want but at the end he gave different things which is low quality and made you fed up to change it after dragging long time. Also, finishing is very bad and unprofessional, never fix concrete roof water leaking, wrong door colors/pattern, new tracks installed are scratched and dirty, wrong cabinets design and measurements, uneven plaster ceiling, miscalculate floor tiles number to buy which coz different tiles color tone.... and many more!!) #@!#@!$!%!
lucikly! I did ask for quotation from one of the guy (can't remember his name). Price was reasonable compared to other contractors. But somehow I find something fishy as he said "can kawtim one boss" for everything I asked. And doesn't want to give black and white for things he promises. HK Renovation & Interior Design
