I just back from first service...
A few thing would like to share
I didn't request anything but the service advisor said they did some retune already.
Driving the services car, didn't have much different. One thing I'm not really sure is, it seems while in D, when I release brake, the car start move immediately even without pressing on throttle, like those conventional torque converter AT gearbox. If I remember correctly, the car should idle there for a while before it start to move slowly (without pressing throttle). Can anyone confirm this?
Anothing, when I switch on the radio, it said my radio is locked, I must enter the pin to unlock, then I enter the code to unlock it. What could cause this? Disconnection of battery?
Then when I reach my car park, I get down the car and lock the door, side mirror not closing! I then re-enter the car, press the fold/unfold button once, I hear motor noise but nothing happen (it "unfold" again maybe), I press once again, this time it folds in. I press one last time to unfold it then close door lock the car and this time it return to normal -- close.
Penang service center did not include that X1R and Magnetrap thing although I saw they have it there, haha...
Using semi-synt oil, this service cost RM133.25

EDIT: forgot to say, I peeped on their copy of service slip, there got a big red stamp on it that read: RECALL COMPLETED! Maybe this is why they retune my car?

You have to request this. Don't forget tint coverage also. I think it'll work out to about RM200+ extra.

yes bro, not include....u can do in 2nd year...another thing...put in the windscreen insurance after ur windscreen hv chip/crack 

apply RHB loan they give u Allianz d,me also Allianz now...nxt year will change to etiqa

nowadays our front and rear windscreen is not easily burst except very hard accident. normally we do claim bcoz we hv chip, small crack or etc. (not serious). if it crack it not sudden like 'cermin pecah'...my previous takes almost 2 years to make another inch. so what i do, once got crack, i make insurance for windshield during roadtax renewal...nowadays the windscreen price depend on what type of glass and features...biasa2 price is around rm 500 to rm 800 without tint. if you want to include tint...the more premium u need to claim
what you can do now, get the estimate price of this preve windscreen....later u ask the insurance co. if i need to claim for this windscreen price...how much could i pay premium 

you can ask your SA if he/she can do ncd transfer...my SA offer to do the ncd transfer but i not own any car for past two years  therefore i pay full premium this year ...sum insured rm 71k = rm 2058 premium with etiqa...

no la frenz....it will decrease due to car insured amount

Takaful Ikhlas quoted me around RM500.00 since they said Preve Windscreen cost around RM 2000.00 Not sure it's true or not since I only asked by email. Still, I didn't know that there is also Windscreen cover together with tinted one.. Nice info. Thanks again! 

I donno how them ppl at Takaful Ikhlas calculate it. If anybody got any friend in car windscreen production/distribution maybe they can help...

did my 1k at puchong PE SC. overall quite satisfied with the service. reached at 8.20am and collected my car at 12.15noon. total damage 127.80 semi syn 10/40. told them xclude the engine treatment and screen wash.
manage to meet a pakcik also doing his 1k and had a nice lengthy chat. a proton supporter as well (gen2, waja).
saw another white preve accident claim, the front part right side gone. WWT xxx IAFM version.
i feel my car more responsive and smooth after servicing. they managed to fix all the rattling sound that i highlighted. boot lid was adjusted as well.
next service will be 5k or 10k depending on driving style, as advised by service advisor. i think i will go during 7k since i drive in city 90%. warranty will not void since service booklet mention 2nd service is 10k.

windscreen premium is 15% of insured amount. I insured rm2k so premium is rm300.
if not scared can insured after u kena. but i worried once kena stone will retak like my mums car and if want wait until next road tax renewal u will need to drive with the retak for few months or nearly a year

the sum insured for windscreen is not covered by the NCD.
it is a separated insured premium.
if insure for total sum RM2k, then pay 15% = RM300.
can claim windshield + tint up to RM2000.
but for the tinted, have to provide receipt as proof.

since CFE came with original tint, i not sure how can we provide the receipt in this case.....
