ya..same here. i ordered the sofa in december and i ask can they deliver in a month time. the sales guy said no problem, will deliver within a month and even put an earlier date for me. End up, no one call me the day before. So i called and check. they tell me my sofa is not ready. I was like wtf...i gave you later date and u ownself put earlier date. now the sofa is not ready. So i called and complained. after a week, they deliver sofa without the 3 free pillow. so i call the delivery guy (daniel) again and he told me no worries, he will put the 3 pillow in his car and deliver to me using his car. so i waited and there is no phone call from him. i keep calling and sms no reply.
actually i don't really care bout the free pillows, i just feel if u promise me something, you should deliver it. so i called their customer service and their customer service sucks! the girl was like entertaining saying i don't know anything wor...what you want me to do wor? i can help you pass message only lor... i was like what crappy customer service is this???
so this morning i call this daniel again. no pick up. so i called the customer service number 012 3710 618. this daniel picked up the phone. I asked why you never pick up your phone. his answer is "oh i didnt see it and i'm too busy" i said you can reply me when you are free, right? he said.." i only free after work and i don't reply customer after office hour" i was like FFFFFF U....then he said their factory no pillow. but i asked " you said you keep the pillow in the car and wanted to deliver me that day". He said " ya..and then i take out". Then I asked what kind of crappy company is louis italia. He answered " you can make a complain through our website.
I feel this whole company is crappy and the staff is like shit. So, please stay away from purchasing their product!
