I went to see this the other day, looks quite good. 3 storey with lift zero-lot, big build-up around 5,500 sq ft from 2.8 to 3mil with DIBS.

I've looked at Rafflesia before, MK land leh.... finishing, maintenance and reputation is bad and a lot of things promised but not delivered: no clubhouse, no guardhouse, no international school, no lake, no park, I really pity the first few phases buyers... and RM1.8 mil is a bumi unit with high tension wire running behind your back window, and the house is semi-d but build-up width is terrace house width!!! Thats why the built-up is so small, only 3k sq ft.
