asking price is so steeeeppp. By the way, where is the exact location n who is the developer? one better by rafflesia, price starts from only 1:8mio. 3 storey semi d.

I've looked at Rafflesia before, MK land leh.... finishing, maintenance and reputation is bad and a lot of things promised but not delivered: no clubhouse, no guardhouse, no international school, no lake, no park, I really pity the first few phases buyers... and RM1.8 mil is a bumi unit with high tension wire running behind your back window, and the house is semi-d but build-up width is terrace house width!!! There is gonna be a lakeside clubhouse with pool and gym facing the lake, i like |

This development is really value for money and beautifully done. Went to sales gallery and show unit recently of ForestHill, Empire and Sunway Rymba. There is no where in PJ vicinity where you can get a bungalow with built up size around 5k plus square foot at slightly above RM3mil. IMO, better than Empire and Rymba price wise, location and also ROI. Thinking of getting the limited developer units. Any buyers here? I heard completion is sometime this year.

Hi Mr. D.Trump. Just so you know, I am a retiree after working in corporate real estate law for 30 years dealing with developers all my life. I am not an agent and reason I dont have many posts cause I am an old uncle who dont use forums constantly. I heard about lowyat forum usually having healthy discussions but never expected to encounter a rude person like you. FYI, I have purchased a unit recently with built up of 5500 sq ft 3 storey with lift for only RM3.2 million. I decided to go with this after researching for 8 months in all of Damansara for a bungalow. There is none as value for money as this. Even Rymba hills by Sunway which is near to HTC is selling for RM3.8 mil for 4500 sq ft. And to answer your ignorant and shallow comments without any research, the access road is not through flora damansara at all. There is a separate access altogether which does not even pass through flora damansara and by its own road that has been approved by State govt in exchange for building carparks for the residents of MK. The structure is up, please go and check your fact before barking like a fool. Price per square foot, if you can quote to me one NEW development in Damansara which is cheaper than RM3.2 mil for a bungalow with 5,500 sq ft built up, I stand to be corrected. Noise pollution? This was my concern earlier, but I been to the show unit within the site, there is no noise from the highway to kepong toll unlike what you assume. The only units affected by noise are the units facing NKVE which for your info the whole row has been fully sold. My unit is close to the linear garden and there is no noise at all. It is ignorant people like you who think you know it all. I have gone through the ups and downs of the property cycle many times. I can see your resemblance to Donald Trump not in terms of real estate prowess but embarrassing rants/trolling which lost him his bid for presidency of the US.
