Yes somewhat I have to agree that you won't be able to find anything for RM3.2m on a 5500sf bungalow in Damansara area. Sumore this is before the Kepong LDP Toll.

I can see your resemblance to Donald Trump not in terms of real estate prowess but embarrassing rants/trolling which lost him his bid for presidency of the US.
