Yes somewhat I have to agree that you won't be able to find anything for RM3.2m on a 5500sf bungalow in Damansara area. Sumore this is before the Kepong LDP Toll.

I went to the site and their show unit recently, workmanship is good, and the lake is stunning indeed !

Since u hv been living there for several years, may I know it is still a good place for retirement?

I'm going to retire and planning to get a condo or landed unit.

I think from Eimajz's sharing, this would be a nice location to retire in. Natural lake, natural hill, what more to ask.

Haha, it is wonderful place to retire cause of the peace and quiet. The surrounding is nice because it is natural lake and forest view. See it for yourself, hard to put to words.

I also bought tower B condo for foresthill residences few months ago for my child which was launched this year. I was at sales gallery yesterday to test drive BYD & chat with some buyers of condo. Tower A just open for priority viewing. Happy with my future community.
