when full occupancy rate the only problem will arise is lack of parking. nowadays each family also minimum got 2 cars. only way is to park outside by the road. certainly not enough space to cater for all excess vehicle after this.

Desa green is overprice if developer or owner dont lower down price.

Just turn on the heater switch, and adjust the knob in the shower right? Left and right also gives hot water?

RumahWIP is made affordable, that's why its called rumahWIP. Why should DG drop the price?

Doesn't matter which location, the price can be different even if its side by side, let alone 600 meter.

Those who want affordable price, then get rumahWIP, and for those who can afford DG, then go for it.
Its a free market.

strategic location is thoae builings or areas where u never worries abt renting at all. When one tenant left the new one is on the wing.
