I agree. I find UOA product pretty good. They done a good job in Bangsar South. Just suprised that this product is not sold through UOA but agents. Keen to know more like everyone, but don't seem to have a source of where the news is coming from or who are the agents.

a friend once told me that there is a plan for a LRT to Kuchai Lama, not sure how true is it.
there is one very awkward structure near to the Loong Seng restaurant, somewhere near the traffic light...supposedly meant for the LRT

Book an unit there, no receipt or booking form given. Saw the plan, proposed ktm and park&ride just allocate next to this project. If bandar Malaysia is confirm, should be mrt there as well. Just my 2sen.
