should I update to 7.8 now, any real advantage over 7.5?

hey guys,
anyone faced with the loose sim adapter that always jumps out of the tray whenever I charge the phone, it was cause by the multiple phone corner collision with the floor...
end up I need to tie the adapter up using 2 rubber bands whenever I charge up the phone.
any idea?
would a casing help?

It's not the adapter that's broken, it's the inside wall of the main body that's loose, even if I change the new adapter still it will happen.

thanks but is that firm enough to really block the springy adapter? thinking of getting something real strong and tight, silicone gel case not so sure...
