There's a phishing infection bot/impersonator going around where your supposed friend (using your friends account) says that this is their second account.
They will say something around like do you know what they've said about you in the forum and post a link.
DO NOT CLICK ON THAT LINK.
The url does not contain https but instead just http and read the word "community" carefully. It's not spelled as community but instead some thing like comunity or equivalent.
Example of the url is http steamcomunity.bit/0as. (and no, don't link it. It's just an example.)
The URL might vary so be wary + it just happened to me.
That is all.
EDIT : Further proof of the same thing happening to other people. IMGUR link from /r/tf2
Link to thread on /r/tf2 on reddit
EDIT 2 : The link contains the phrase conmumity
EDIT 3 : Steamrep report
EDIT 4 : Please take note of any bracketed numbers. For example my account's display name is Sharky-chan while the phisher might have Sharky-chan (2). Grab a screen shot and post it on the link to steamrep. The more people get to know about this the better.
