Once my Regus contract expires in March, I will switch over to vOffice again. Address is still more prestigious than McOffice.

FYI, you need 3 months advanced notice as stated in their contract terms & conditions which most people won't bother to read.

If you cancel 2 months before the contract end, they will ask you to pay for the whole year (because the contract will auto-renew). I have bad experience with them and no room for negotiation as they will email to threaten you that failure to do so they reserve the right to list the account with a credit information bureau.

Suggest to consider other providers, be it vOffice, Servcorp, apbcOffices & many others.

voffice.com.my actually offers Flexifax too where you can just send and receive faxes just with your email address.
It's free in my Platinum subscription then I can just receive faxes unlimited and can send faxes internationally for very low rates. 
 

Checked McOffice packages, still quite expensive as compared to vOffice. I have just registered vOffice for another business, so now I have 2 companies registered with vOffice, and one is with Regus. Once my Regus contract expires in March, I will switch over to vOffice again. Address is still more prestigious than McOffice.

Although there may seem to be too many fake feedback here regarding vOffice, I would like to share my own testimony.

One of my company is using Regus, and another one is using vOffice, and I can concur what the "fakers" said. Although vOffice may be a smaller establishment than Regus or ServCorp, I actually do like their customer service, and also their efficiency. But the most important factor that made me choose vOffice is due to their price.

My contract for Regus will end on March next year, and I will not renew with them ever again. I am considering to move it over to vOffice upon expiration. As one forumer said, Regus has too many hidden clauses/costs which were not properly represented by the so-called sales manager. I learned my lesson after this incident.

I've tried Regus. Not recommended. The blood sucker and too many hidden clauses.

That's true. I did notice that we need to give a 3 months notice to them, but I fell victim to that term in the end when I forgot about the timeframe due to my busyness. Just passed the timeframe about 2 weeks, and no appeal would be entertained. They also wouldn't care to give the clients a gentle reminder that they would trigger the auto-renewal.

I've been with vOffice for 2 of my other companies and so far I have had positive feedback for them. I would recommend it if you are serious of looking into renting a serviced office.
