Although there may seem to be too many fake feedback here regarding vOffice, I would like to share my own testimony.

One of my company is using Regus, and another one is using vOffice, and I can concur what the "fakers" said. Although vOffice may be a smaller establishment than Regus or ServCorp, I actually do like their customer service, and also their efficiency. But the most important factor that made me choose vOffice is due to their price.

My contract for Regus will end on March next year, and I will not renew with them ever again. I am considering to move it over to vOffice upon expiration. As one forumer said, Regus has too many hidden clauses/costs which were not properly represented by the so-called sales manager. I learned my lesson after this incident.

Kaka23,

The thing I hated the most was something known as "Telocom charges", which I assume should be the call forwarding charges. It further annoys me that even when there is not a single call forwarded to me in that month, they still would charge me RM 1 of "Telecom charges".

I heard something like if you just need an additional charir because you hv customer visiting, they will charge you. Also, if forgot to bring the access caer, they will charge as well for using theirs. Not sure how true is it..

Kaka23,

That is true. Well, there is a whole list of additional costs which is 2-pages long that are very unreasonable, which they very "kindly" explained to me after my grilling.

Kaka23,

There's way too many additional costs that I can remember. They even charge you for a pot of plant which you want to decorate your office with, which is completely useless rclxub.gif

Hi Nuke,

Most of the business can operate from home. If you mentioning of computer business, then virtual office wouldn't help also.
