need to ask ? is workmanship normally this bad.. i mean

i patched up some windows.....meaning remove windows n make it a wall

but can see the difference and uneveness on the joint section with the existing wall.

also remove my sliding door n put small window panels. but the joint side can see ugly.... very rough

how to settle this? can spray paint hide this unevenness?
