Yes, it's unavoidable. It's not actually dead but there is no more support for few important softwares, the most important being Whatsapp and for that reason I have moved on from the Nokia Pureview 808 since last year.
The Nokia Pureview 808 remains the king when it comes to photography apart from the Panasonic CM1. It's my favourite camera phones as I always turn to it when I need to take high quality images. |

QUOTE(Brenjo @ Mar 24 2018, 02:03 AM) Still simbian, if it hadn't been forgotten, would be now somewhere at the level of android or ios. And let's face it, may be even higher.s The thing is it was really cool at its time. if symbian is still alive it would be dead because of the OS limitation and lack of apps support. Meego had a future but nokia killed it |

Kids nowadays will never knew what symbians is. I grow up with 3310, then first color phone, then nokia sabun 6600, then nokia N series, and suddenly there's iphone and android.
Love the nokia N series. So many models, and various advertising. I remember the N95 being sold at RM2099 at Low Yat plaza. My first N series is N73, bought at 1.4k. So many sweet memory during that Era. Java games, Ultra MP3 app, etc. Ahh good old days. |
