Please, you did NOT treat me as dealer. I dare you call Dell line and ask them about the 5420, they will tell you it is the Latitude, but you are not selling Latitude, it is Inspiron R14, thus that is what you should put in your advertising. If you really a very good sales person, then you will know what crap you're selling. If it's an Inspiron, just say it's an Inspiron.

I bought my laptop already from a good decent salesperson, and I not only let him profit more than RM100, I also bought additional hardware so he profit a lot.

Well, from what I read, I do find the comment above is racist. Just in case you don't know, there are a lot of GOOD sales people out there, at least they don't argue with potential customer. This is a basic sales skill. Everyone who calls or ask a question can be a potential buyer, even if the buyer might not be doing any research, but they can just walk in and buy, just like what I used to do. Thus, to some people, customer service is very important, far more important than a Degree from London or what not.

Anyhow, I think you have not been to Low Yat often enough, there are GOOD sales person who aren't Pakistan, and they give decent price, and great customer service. Please do understand, I'm talking about a good customer service, but not asking people to treat like GOD. If you are going to buy something from a lousy seller, then better pray hard you don't need to go back for warranty issue. As when you are the one holding the money to give profit to the seller, yet the seller can yell at you, or being rude to you. What do you expect when you bring it back for warranty which you'll cause him more trouble than money?

This is a public forum, if a good seller, perhaps can just close the case off in a better way than argue on a public forum which may cause bad image to him. There's a PM button to solve it, and I don't think there's anyone will be that naive to expect only GOOD comments/feedback but not any negative feedback at all. If just a sentence from a potential customer also can't handle, what else can he handle?

Totally agree what u said.... Since that day even I alr told this customer that I cant serve him as well and even I got proven to said sorry and SMS him said sorry to him to go for other reseller... The SMS still with me... In the beginning time I try to be my good services to him but when he on phone still were rrrr totally dun know whatbhe want... In the same time I have 3 customer in front of me so really can't help him... Regarding the sales n services is totally what degree is not important... But all of u can find it out how I treat all the customer in forum that only except u... I have confident that they defenetly will said and fully support and like my services...
The main point is I already stand to back 1step before SMS to this customer why he still want to said any bad word to in my topic.... That's make me feel a bit unhappy.... In the same way..... I'm happy to him to helping me bump hahaha.... Thanks to u all anyway... Gd luck.

Personally, I don't think you handle his comment very well. Be it you have proof or not, or whoever is right or wrong. It's still your fault for having a full upper case letters reply to your potential buyer. This is a public forum, where anyone can comment whether they like you or not, if you're matured and professional enough, you should know how to handle it the better way.

Anyhow, this bump wouldn't look good on you either, thus nothing to be happy about also.
