I dare you call Dell line and ask them about the 5420, they will tell you it is the Latitude, but you are not selling Latitude, it is Inspiron R14, thus that is what you should put in your advertising. If you really a very good sales person, then you will know what crap you're selling. If it's an Inspiron, just say it's an Inspiron.

I bought my laptop already from a good decent salesperson, and I not only let him profit more than RM100, I also bought additional hardware so he profit a lot.
