Just called seller, VERY BAD ATTITUDE. Bad service. I wouldn't buy from him even if his price is cheap.

It is definitely YOUR problem. First off, I said it VERY clearly that I want to ask you about a specific Dell model. And before I can tell you the model number, you asked me if I am Chinese.

Does that matter? No. You wanted me to speak Chinese to you because you can't understand good English, so naturally, I had to speak to you slowly. Chinese is not my main language, and you spoke to me in Chinese. That is disrespecting your customer. If you can treat people like this before a sale, I imagine you provide bad after sales service.

You suck, period. You definitely won't be getting any business from me.

What bad word? I really don't care what your background is. When I call you, I am a potential buyer, thus you should treat me as such, even if I am kampung people. But you treated me like I owe you something. You even dare to ask me to go search on Google for the Dell model.

Bro, use your brains from Kings College la, if I can search on Lowyat, and I can search on Google, I still want to call you for what? Please, you did NOT treat me as dealer. I dare you call Dell line and ask them about the 5420, they will tell you it is the Latitude, but you are not selling Latitude, it is Inspiron R14, thus that is what you should put in your advertising. If you really a very good sales person, then you will know what crap you're selling. If it's an Inspiron, just say it's an Inspiron.

I bought my laptop already from a good decent salesperson, and I not only let him profit more than RM100, I also bought additional hardware so he profit a lot.

As for some dude with the Pakistani comment, I'd like to say, you don't know anything about my buying habits, thus I don't need your racist advice. I've seen con-men who are not Pakistanis in Lowyat Plaza also.
