12-50 depend on what u shot.
If portrait i think dun have bokeh on 50mm the aperture was F6.3
if shot small thing than ok.

General use + bokeh sure 20mm F1.7.
but some say 20mm not 100% compatible with em5.

Unless the pancake size of Pan 20 1.7 is a must for you or your budget is fixed, why don't you get the PL 25 1.4?
I know the PL 25 can be had for RM2-2.1k brand new with local warranty
