tried today morning. launcher automatically patched it to new 1.02 version. however, when logging in to battle.net server, it prompt new patch available and kick me out to launcher to update...... where as the launcher already said up-to-date 1.02.

i saw many ppl facing the problem. ahahaha... no resolution yet. did you guys facing any problem?

Is there no way to update the patch NORMALLY when we launch the game? Must we do the following steps above? I tried to located the BATTLENET agent.db file for window's 7 for my brothers pc but cant find it. I located the GAME agent.db instead. Hope someone is following what i mean.

Anyone can help cause after trying a while yesterday at 4.30 am i gave up and hope that today it will patch normally. Anyone having the problem still?

thanks for the info. btw, based on the link, then it defaulted to play using US server. currently im using Asia server.

make sure ur region is back to america, if u too free play other region last night.

else u will get launcher updated but after login it required u to update again... coz u in ASIA/EU server that not yet 1.02 yet.

Yeah I'm having error 3007 & 37 also. Not sure what it means. Already patched to 1.0.2.9749

i didnt get any error code. just that it keep on saying new patch avail and asking me to patch it, but in fact, already patched to 1.02 version.

hope it will solve later in the day... coz US server already patch but other server havent yet.
